Friday:

6:00-8:00 PM – Check in at Bozeman Senior High School. Tour the High School with your family and pick up your packets. Come to the front entrance and check-in in the cafeteria.

8:30-9:00– Check in at The Baxter and viewing of the Silent Auction items.

8:30-???--Reception at The Baxter. There will be a No-Host bar and appetizers available. At 9:30 there will be the auction, followed by the Silent Auction winners, the Airline Raffle, and the 50/50 drawing.

Saturday:

8:00 A.M. – Check-in for the golf tourney

8:30 A.M. – Tee-off

5:00- ??? - Pig Roast at Nancy Biggs Roys. Directions will be in packets. Weather permitting there will be horseshoes, volleyball, etc. This will be BYOB. Dinner will be served at 6:00. At 7:30 there will be the Awards Presentation, followed by music at 8:00, and fireworks at 10:00. If you would like, Nancy says to bring campers or tents and stay the night. Remember this is an Adults only evening!

Sunday:

12:00 - ??? – Family wind-down picnic lunch at Bogart Park. This will be a bring-your-own casual lunch (Pickle Barrel, McDonald’s, whatever).

Saturday Golf Tourney: $25.00 (times number of players). Price includes green fee, Power cart, and prize money. Additional 9 holes following tourney $16.00 per person. NOTE: The Golf Tourney is limited to the first 90 players who have paid.	$________
