Graduated from Moo U with a Chemical Engineering Degree in '84 and went to work for Procter & Gamble managing manufacturing operations. Married the sweetest girl I've ever met in 1986. If you ever meet here, you will agree too! Worked in the States for 7 years, then transferred with P&G to China (Guangzhou) to manage operations there for nearly 6 years. Our youngest two kids were born in Hong Kong while we worked in Asia. We couldn't get the Bozeman bug out of our system, so decided to walk away from corporate America and return to "The Last Best Place" in 1997. I worked with my dad for 3 years in our family construction business and had a blast! Recently, I accepted a postion as VP of Customer Support for a pre-IPO company (Nasdaq: RTNW) located here in Bozeman called RightNow Technologies...I just started work today (6/26). They are HQ here in Bozeman, but have offices in Dallas, London, and soon mainland Europe, Asia, and Australia. After high school, I worked various jobs, then joined the Air Force in 1981, Was stationed in San Antionio Texas (Lackland AFB) for basic training, then Wichita Falls Texas (Sheppard AFB) for Tech school. My first duty station was Limestone Maine (Loring AFB), while stationed in Maine I met my wife, shortly after we were married I got stationed in England at RAF Upper Heyford about 15 miles from Oxford. We were there for four years and then got stationed back at Sheppard, Chris was born about five months later. We spent about nine years at Sheppard and then got stationed in Anchorage Alaska (Elmendorf AFB).
Alaska was an interesting experience while we were there we saw President Clinton twice each time he stopped by the base they had to make it a mandatory formation because they couldn't get enough people to volunteer to see him. While in Alaska I saw or talked to several in our class who are up there. Jeff Manley was stationed there and re-enlisted me, other classmates in the Anchorage area: Jon Schroder, Marcia Dufrane, Korina Faller, Lisa Morrison, and Eric Deeg. We went to Fairbanks to visit Merrill Edgerly and found out that Tim Trefts is stationed up there, and then we ran into Tim in the commisary. After leaving Alaska I found out that Shari Veltcamp, and Rob Tate are married and living in Anchorage.
In February we left Alaska and are now stationed at Scott AFB in Illionis. (About 20 miles east of St. Louis) Shortly after getting stationed here I started working for Wall-Mart (electronics department). That was actually one of my goals when we got here was to start working for Wal-Mart because when I retire from the Air Force I want to go back to Bozeman. My goal was to transfer my Job with Wal-Mart to Bozeman, and then try to get on with the Post Office or UPS. But after seeing all the benifits that Wal-Mart has, especially their stocks, and profit sharing, I think I'm going to work for Wal-Mart for the next 20 years. I don't have a fancy degree, and it's not a glamouris job, but I'm happy. I've been working a job that I can't stand for the last 19 years, so it makes more since to me to retire and do a job I like. Hopefully the next time I update this I will be retired from the AirForce and we will have bought our land in Montana...

I really wish I could be out there with you guys. I look about the same, geeky with a long neck and big nose. I still remind people of Barry Mannilow (even if I can't spell his name). In 1983 I had my first child Rebecca who is now 16 and will be a Senior
at Mountain View High School in Mesa where we live! She has always
been an excellent student and only needs 3 credits to graduate this year.
Rebecca has been a "reporter" for her school newspaper for the
past two years, played the piano and violin since 3rd grade. I am so
blessed that she really enjoys school and her friends!
My son Dustin, who was also born in Bozeman is 14 and in 8th grade
He is very involved in "Boys Scouts" with a local troop here in
Mesa. In turn I have become active in the, "mother's
club", helping with all fundraisers and "chairing" one!
{If anyone wants a "fresh" Christmas wreath delivered anywhere
in the U.S., let me know. They are great for gifts. All
proceeds to scouting!)
My last child Sara just turned 5 in April. This is the last!
Sara is the "Mark Spitz" of her age group! She is a
swimming fool! Sara loves to dive to the bottom of the pool
and get her water toys. (no floaties!) give me a heart attack!
This kid can really hold her breath! What a joy! She will
enter kindergarten this fall... I'll miss her.
My husband Dennis Diteman is an Operations Manager for R.E.Monks,a large
heavy highway/construction company, based out of Colorado. He is no
longer running equipment and believe me he's grateful for that! For
fun he has us , fixing our home up, camping, fishing and golfing!
I changed careers when we moved to Arizona! I became a realtor!
This works well as I am able to work this around my family quite well.
I also love my job and the people that I meet, well, most of them!

Since the 10 year reunion we bought our home in Santee, which is just East of San Diego. We never intended to stay in this area but we sure have grown to love the climate and the endless opportunities to do things that you don't find in smaller cities & towns. There's always something to do & see here. The down-side is that I/we haven't lived near family since leaving Bozeman. We still make it back to visit family at least every couple of years.
Our second daughter was born in 1994. Since then … well, being a Mom and working full time is what has been keeping me busy. I've learned an awful lot about softball as our oldest has been playing for seven or eight years now and our youngest just finished her first year of tee-ball. Jessica will be starting high school in the Fall - yes, I'm starting to feel old.
I've been working for the same private, not-for-profit, educational organization for more than 12 years now. Significant decreases in organizational funding may soon cause me to be looking for a new position, however - A change might do me good.

I married Dan,sang a bunch on the weekends in bars, at parties and wedding etc., bought an old farm and began trying to fix it up, it was in very bad shape. Had two children, lost my dad to cancer, bought The Salon in the mall in Bozeman where I have been for the last 18 years and put my singing on hold for a while until our kids get older. We fixed the house up on our place first, while we camped in the living room for a while and then we began on the remaining out buildings during which time I fell through a roof and broke three ribs-ouch! We have refurbished the old barn enough (built in 1904) to begin renting it out for parties. We have a big one of our own every year the middle of July everyone is welcome (this year it is July 15th). Dan and I still play music away from home as much as mother guilt allows me, he plays with a R and B band regularly.(He is former bass player with the John Colter Band that Mary Ann Hanson introduced me to at Roses Cantina while we were suppose to be working on The Hawk Tawk and the year book! Thanks!) We are looking forward to sharing our place with everyone at the reunion, its a great party spot. Please come and enjoy yourselves and get reaquainted!!!!!

I went by Jenny in high school but went to college and got it stuck in my head that I'm much more of a Jennifer
so have remained such since college. For those of you 8 and under it's Niffer. After completing the six year
plan split between UM and MSU, I packed up and headed out to the east coast landing in Alexandria, VA
(across the river from DC). I noticed from the biographies I've read that not many of
you landed out this way. It's just as well because there are way, WAY too many people out here; they all have
cars and an attitude - especially once they hit the beltway. After constantly struggling through Jr. High, High School
and College with Diabetes, I was somewhat defeated when at the end of 1991 I found myself with kidney failure
and on hemodialysis. I was given about 4-5 years of existence without a transplant. All prayers were answered
at the beginning of 1994 (January 3) when I received a double organ transplant of a kidney and pancreas. Now,
no insulin shots and I can pee again (sorry to be so personal-you would never think of that as being a novelty
would you? :)). Last year was a highlight for me as I married Mark who has staunchly stayed by my side for the
past 13 years of hospital hell. On Memorial Day we celebrated 1/13; one year married, 13 years together. The time
span means nothing, we were "married" the day we met. It's all in the timing, you know. I'm in semi-retirement
from my life as a professional patient (just upkeep now) and work as a Subcontracts Administrator for a large
IT Services company. I would so much love to make my way back at least to the other side of the Mississippi if
not to Montana.

I won't be coming back for the reunion. I make regular trips to Bozeman - my folks still live there, but made other
summer plans that will take all my vacation time. I will, however, be having my own little retro celebration in honor

In a nutshell, I got through college, got married, had a couple children, bought a house, and have always stayed pretty close to Bozeman. I work for an international engineering company that has opened a Bozeman office. It is amazing how fast 20 years went by.
